Referral Program Rules

Referred User Benefits

  • 10% discount in trading fees for 2 months. This discount will be applicable on the actual commissions paid by the user, after adjusting for any other promotional discounts.
  • Fee structures may vary with contracts; discounts will apply on all contracts. Fee structures for all contracts are available here.

Referrer Payouts

  • You receive a 15% share of the commissions paid by your referrals for 6 months from the date of registration of the referrals on Delta Exchange India.
  • The referral commission will be paid to you in INR.
  • The commissions you earn from your referrals are credited to your account once every day at 00:00 UTC.
  • Referrer payout terms for Designated Affiliates (or Professional Affiliates) may be different, based on mutual discussions. If you are interested in becoming a Designated Affiliate, please write to us at [email protected].
  • Referral commission will not be given for maker volume in options and futures.

Rules

  • Delta Exchange reserves the right to change the rules of the Referral Program rules at any time without any prior notice.
  • On Maker trades, Referrer will not get any benefits of the referral program.
  • The benefits offered to the referred user and the corresponding referrer payout will be determined by the terms of the Referral Program.
  • If the fee paid on an options contract is 10% of the premium, then both Referred user & Referrer won't get any benefits of the Referral Program.
  • Running search engine ads on brand keywords of Delta Exchange or competing with Delta Exchange on any paid marketing channel in any other way is strictly prohibited. The account of any referrer discovered to be engaging in this behavior will be suspended without any warning. Delta Exchange also reserves the right to clawback past referrer payout in such cases.
  • Paid online or offline advertisements with the use of Delta Exchange’s logo are strictly prohibited.
  • Users that engage in any inappropriate, dishonest or abusive activities (such as wash trading, volume faking, participating using multiple accounts, market manipulation, etc.) are not eligible for participation in the Referral Program. If a Referrer is discovered to be colluding with such accounts, then such Referrer will be liable for disqualification from the Referral Program.
  • All referral payouts made to clients under this program shall be post Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) which shall be at 5% or as applicable under Income Tax law.
  • Earning will start once you have completed KYC. Any earning that you might have accrued before completing verification will not be realized till the time you complete kyc.
  • Any additional payments with respect to GST or any other such taxes, will not be made over and above the amount eligible to be withdrawn as per the commission shown on the referral program page.
  • By participating in the Delta Exchange Referral Program, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions in our Affiliate Agreement.
  • If you are registered partner of Delta Exchange then you can continue to earn commission as long as you are partner with Delta Exchange India.
