If you’ve previously deleted your Delta Exchange India account and are trying to reactivate it again here's what you need to know:
Scenario 1: You completed KYC before deleting your account
If your KYC was already approved before account deletion, re-verification is simple:
You only need to submit a selfie, which should match your previously submitted KYC documents.
Our team will review the selfie and reactivate your account upon successful verification.
Scenario 2: You did not complete KYC before deleting your account
If your account was deleted before completing KYC, you’ll be required to go through the full KYC process again after your account is reactivated. Here’s what you need to do:
( Note: Reactivation on the Ui is available on desktop and mobile web and will be released on mobile application soon)
Step 1:
Fill in the Google account you wish to reactivate. You will see an option to reactivate the account. Click on "Click here" to proceed.
Step 2:
After clicking, you’ll see another option to confirm reactivation. Select the email ID you want to reactivate and click on "verify your Kyc".
Step 3:
You will receive an OTP via email. Enter the OTP in the provided field to proceed.
Step 4:
Complete the verification process by providing the following details:
Occupation
Income details
Enable camera permission and take a selfie
Fill in your Aadhaar details and give consent

Step 5:
Once the verification is complete, you will see an option to set a new passcode. Click on it, enter the verification code, and set your new password. Refer to the images attached below.
